Wood siding and trim
Cedar, redwood, pine, and engineered wood — each has a different prep playbook. We use the right primer, fill nail pops, and replace any rot before coating.
Stucco and masonry
Crack repair, elastomeric coatings, and breathable masonry products. Stucco needs to flex and breathe — we use products engineered for that, not just painted on top.
Hardie and fiber-cement
Hardie holds paint exceptionally well when prepped and primed correctly. We follow manufacturer specs so the warranty stays intact.
Brick — paint or limewash
Painting brick traps moisture; limewash bonds chemically and breathes. We help you choose the right approach for the wall and the look you want.

We provide a 3-year warranty on all two-coat painting jobs. That's a full year longer than the industry standard of 2 years. We emphasize proper prep work and premium paint quality specifically to deliver results that last.
How much does painting cost? expand_more
Interior painting typically runs $300–$850 per 12×12 room, or $1–$3 per square foot for whole-home projects. Exterior painting runs approximately $1.50–$4 per square foot. Pricing depends on project scope and surface condition. Contact us for a firm quote. Estimates are provided the same day.
What is your deposit policy? expand_more
We require only a 25% deposit upfront, with the balance due on completion. The industry standard is 50% or more. We accept all major credit cards. You're not locked in financially. The remaining 75% is due only when you're satisfied with the work.

Can I get an estimate without being home? expand_more
Yes. Our satellite imagery-based quoting system generates firm estimates without an in-person visit. This is particularly useful for property managers with multiple locations, out-of-state property owners, and busy professionals. If you prefer an in-person estimate, that option is also available.

How often should I repaint my exterior? expand_more
Every 7–10 years for a properly prepped and applied exterior in most northern markets. Coastal Florida runs 3–5 years due to UV, salt, and humidity. Cheap repaints fail much sooner.
What temperature is too cold to paint outside? expand_more
Most modern latex paints can be applied as low as 35–40°F if surface and overnight temps stay above the product's minimum. Watch the dew point and surface temp, not just the air temp.
Do you handle wood rot during the job? expand_more
Yes. Minor rot — fascia, trim, sashes — gets repaired or replaced as part of standard exterior work. Larger rot is documented and quoted before we proceed.
