We provide a 3-year warranty on all two-coat painting jobs. That's a full year longer than the industry standard of 2 years. We emphasize proper prep work and premium paint quality specifically to deliver results that last.

We require only a 25% deposit upfront, with the balance due on completion. The industry standard is 50% or more. We accept all major credit cards. You're not locked in financially. The remaining 75% is due only when you're satisfied with the work.

Depends on room usage, lighting, and surface condition. Flat or matte for low-traffic bedrooms; eggshell or satin for living rooms and hallways (cleanable); semi-gloss or high-gloss for kitchens, bathrooms, and trim (moisture-resistant and durable).

Latex paint is dry to the touch in 1–2 hours but should cure 24 hours before recoat. Oil-based paint takes 6–8 hours to dry with a 24-hour recoat window. Ventilation and temperature both speed drying.

We handle most prep, but you can speed the start by removing small furniture and wall décor, cleaning walls of dust, grease, and mildew, and flagging any holes, cracks, or stains that need extra attention.
